Important Notes
All vehicles are new, air-conditioned, and in excellent condition.
A hotel representative holding a placard with the guest’s name will be waiting inside the airport terminal upon arrival.
Prices are inclusive of all toll fees but exclude 10% VAT and 5% service charge.
Any missed pick-up caused by incorrect arrival information will be charged at 100% of the agreed rate.
A surcharge of VND 150,000 per vehicle applies to transfers between 22:00 – 05:00 and during the Lunar New Year holiday.
Bookings confirmed before the effective date of these new rates will be honored at previously agreed prices.
Bookings made after the effective date will follow the new pricing as listed.
PRIVATE TRANSFER SERVICE:
Private car service with driver to other destinations is available, subject to availability. Transfer rates include:
All transfers and transportation with air-conditioned vehicles
Local, experienced chauffeur
Toll fees as per itinerary
Bottled mineral water (02 bottles per person per day on transfer/sightseeing days)
A full-day tour is applied from 08:00 – 17:00 (~8 hours, subject to itinerary)
A half-day tour runs from 08:00 – 12:00 or 13:00 – 17:00 (~4 hours)

The above rates are based on current transportation costs. Increases in fuel prices or related fees may affect the rates, in which case we reserve the right to revise accordingly. Should any adjustment occur, we will inform you in advance.
