1. Hotel Cancellation/ amendments
Cancellation:
Cancellation has to be made through corresponding email ID: info@lhoteldulachanoi.com or CALL directly to +842435295555, +842435253888 , otherwise no cancellation will be entertained. Cancellations will not be accepted over Phone.
Customer must notify L’HÔTEL du LAC if you plan change before 03 days you check in.
Any cancellation submitted after the cancellation due date, ONE night will be charged.

Refund:
The refund will be made through your credit card. Additionally, although L’HÔTEL du LAC will instruct the bank to handle the crediting process immediately upon notification of cancellation, it could take from 12-15 days for the actual crediting to take place, depending on your Bank’s practice.

+ Extension of late checkout time is subject to availability and will be charged as follows:

+ Check-out after 04:30 PM – 100% of room rate
Early Check in policy:
- Check in from 08:00 AM or earlier: We will keep the room for you in advance 01 day by that, the surcharge is 100%.
- Check in from 08:00 – 11:00 AM. We apply for surcharge 50% as one day room rate (This option depend on the availability on the date check in)
- Check in from 11:00 onward, we will consider to apply with free of charge. (This option depend on the availability on the date check in)
- Check in as policy: After 14:00.
Rates are inclusive of:
International breakfast buffet (6.30 to 10.00 am every day)
- Free Welcome drink when check in
- Tea, coffe, fruit,1 bottle of mineral water in room daily/1 person
- Free usage of ADSL and Wifi internet in-room and public computer
