CHILDREN POLICY
- Children under 5 years old are free of charge, sitting with parents.
- Children from 5-8 years old are charged 75%, sitting with parents.
- Children from 9 years old are charged 100%.
THINGS TO BRING
You are advised to bring an umbrella, sunglasses and change in Vietnam Dong/USD/EUR/AUD to travel on the ship.
During November to February, it is winter time, so you should take warm clothes to stay healthy.
CANCELATION POLICY IN CASE OF FORCE MAJEURE
Halong Sonata cruise commits to provide you a simple and efficient refund policy which is applied as below:
- Adverse weather conditions.
- On the orders of the local authority.
- Emergency situations and natural disasters.
Halong Sonata cruise has the right to cancel the tours immediately with the following situations:
- Cancelation before arriving Tuan Chau Harbor: Free of Charge.
- Cancelation at Tuan Chau Harbor with or without lunch: You are charged 50% of the trip.
- Cancelation when passengers are already aboard on Halong, you are charged 100% of the trip.
- Please note if you book the trip via our authorized travel agents/hotels, refund will be settled there
